  Apple today quietly pulled the comparisons of the iPhone 4's signal performance to rivals from its US antenna site. The company had just recently been adding comparisons of how grips hurt the connection, including the Droid X and N97 mini, but the new page now just leaves an overview of its wireless test labs. Some international pages, such as the Canadian site, still have the option to switch between this and the comparisons....

Recently, critics of Microsoftís decision-makers have called on the companyís CEO, Steve Ballmer, to step down and give someone else with fresh ideas the opportunity to set the companyís direction. Itís a call that has been running through Redmond for years. And just as before, it wonít be enough to get Ballmer out of there. THE ROVER PUCK

Clearwire is nearing the addition of an extra compact 4G router on top of its slightly larger Spot 4G models. The Rover Puck has turned up at the FCC for approval and would be very small with a namesake thin, circular design measuring just a few inches in diameter. It would nonetheless tap into Clear's WiMAX network and share it with multiple devices over Wi-Fi....
